【Quick response】
This heater is very thin at just 1 mm including heat-resistant insulation layers on both sides of the heating element, resulting in a small thermal watts.The heater thus can respond quickly to even a small temperature fluctuation.
【High heating efficiency】
The heater has extremely high heating efficiency with less heating unevenness, because the heating elements are foil-shaped, giving a larger contact area with the surface to be heated and faster thermal diffusion compared to the conventional wiring elements.
【Homogeneous temperature distribution】
In general, the temperature of the peripheral part of a heater tends to be lower than that of the center part. However, this revolutionary heater corrects this problem to provide a homogeneous temperature gradient to suit the application, by using sophisticated photoetching technology to create heating elements with a precise power density design.
【Designability】
Regardless of the shape of the object to be heated such as a flat surface, curved surface, etc., it can be bonded and used. Thus, the heater is safe and easy to handle owing to its density over a wide range of resistance values of heating element in order to obtain a predetermined temperature distribution, capability of containing a plurality of heater circuits on the same heater surface, and free combination of thermal fuses, thermostats, and various temperature controllers.

Precautions when using this product

  • This product is for industrial use only.
  • The product is intended for indoor use; it does not have a waterproof design. Keep the heater out of water and any solutions.
  • Beware it may cause an abnormally high temperature and result in premature wire breakage if the contact with the heated object is poor.
  • If using the heater sandwiched by metal blocks, contact our sales representative.
  • Do not apply excessive external forces (tension, bending, etc.) to the lead wire joint.
  • Do not place flammable material near the heater. It could result in a fire.
  • Do not stack heaters on top of each other. It may cause an abnormally high temperature and result in premature wire breakage.
  • Depending on the usage, use a voltage or temperature controller and perform temperature control with the surface temperature of the heater.
