The PD ONE Motor Coil Partial Discharge and Insulation Evaluation System by ECG KOKUSAI is designed for comprehensive insulation testing of industrial motors and EV/HEV motor coils.
It supports AC and impulse partial discharge testing, AC withstand voltage testing, and flexible test circuit configuration via a 6-channel switching system.
Using a microwave patch antenna for detection, PD ONE accurately measures PDIV and PDEV, enabling reliable insulation quality evaluation and defect detection.
Features
- Undertaken partial discharge tests, AC withstand voltage tests, and impulse tests is necessary for insulation testing of industrial motors, EV / HEV motors, etc.
- A voltage application circuit can be selected arbitrarily with a 6CH switching circuit.
- The partial discharge test supports both AC and impulse, and can measure PDIV and PDEV respectively. Detection is a microwave patch antenna.
