(Japan), is pleased to announce a strategic distribution partnership with Anritsu Corporation, one of the world’s leading companies in test and measurement technologies. Through this agreement, Denkei will offer Anritsu’s full range of advanced test solutions across the United States, with a focus on the automotive, semiconductor, and communications industries—especially Japanese manufacturers with R&D and production bases in North America.
This marks the U.S. expansion of a partnership that has been cultivated over decades in Japan and Asia. Leveraging Denkei’s deep knowledge of Japanese engineering standards and cross-border technical coordination, the collaboration aims to deliver high-performance solutions with localized support tailored to the needs of global manufacturers operating in the U.S.
Denkei Americas will represent Anritsu’s comprehensive portfolio of test instruments, including RF/microwave, optical, wireless, and high-speed digital solutions used in applications such as 5G/6G development, ADAS validation, signal integrity testing, and next-generation network deployment.
The two companies will also coordinate on joint marketing and outreach efforts, including LinkedIn campaigns, technical seminars, and exhibitions. Notably, Denkei and Anritsu will co‑exhibit at the Automotive Testing Expo North America, taking place October 21–23, 2025, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan, where they will showcase their latest test and measurement solutions for the automotive industry.
