The SR-5100 2D spectroradiometer delivers high-resolution 5-megapixel (2448×2048) spectral imaging with 1 nm wavelength resolution and measurement capability up to 17,000,000,000 cd/m². Designed for micro LED, OLED, LCD, automotive lighting, material analysis, and spectral evaluation, it enables non-contact, non-destructive luminance, chromaticity, reflectance, and transmittance measurement across millions of pixels in R&D and advanced production environments.

Features
