Standard Vibration Testing System Exciting Force from 1.3kN to 60 kN
The F Series is a versatile electrodynamic vibration testing system widely used in the electronics and automotive components industries. It operates on a drive system that supplies power to a coil to generate forced vibrations. The system is primarily composed of two main components: the "vibration generator," which creates the vibrations, and the "power amplifier," which supplies the necessary power.
The vibration generators in the F Series are designed to handle various vibration requirements, including force, velocity, and displacement. They are paired with power amplifiers that utilize a Class D digital switching method, offering high efficiency with low heat generation and high output. This combination ensures that the F Series can meet a wide range of testing needs while maintaining optimal performance.
This system can generate force from 1.3 kN to 60 kN over a broad range of frequencies and has high durability to perform various vibration tests.

ECO-Vibe Neo: Environmentally Friendly Vibration Testing Devic
The ECO-Vibe Neo is engineered as an environmentally friendly solution for vibration testing, accommodating varying test conditions based on the object being tested. Typically, the required excitation force for vibration testing is calculated by multiplying the mass of the test object, jig, table, and other components by the test acceleration. However, when the required excitation force is less than the maximum rated force of the device, the power consumption of the field power supply—which maintains a constant current to generate a DC magnetic field—becomes disproportionately high compared to the power needed for driving the moving parts.
ECO-Vibe Neo addresses this issue by optimizing the excitation force to match the specific requirements, significantly reducing power consumption. Additionally, with no initial cost, users can benefit from lowered running costs starting from the first year of installation. This makes ECO-Vibe Neo an economical and sustainable choice for vibration testing.
