The C100 Series Fuel Cell Test System is a high-precision, high-stability platform designed for PEM fuel cell single-cell testing up to 100 W.
It integrates gas flow and pressure control, temperature and humidity regulation, electronic load, safety protection, and measurement units.
With dedicated software enabling online measurement, auto scripting, real-time monitoring, and graphical analysis, it is ideal for fuel cell R&D and evaluation.
Description
- Automatic, wide-range and high accuracy control and acquisition of gas flow rate (0.8%Rdg+0.2%F.S.), temperature (RT+5~95℃, ±1°C), dew point (RT+5~90’℃, ±1℃), and pressure (15kPa~300kPa.g, ±2kPa).
- Support sensitivity, performance (polarization curve, power curve), durability and reversal tolerance test
- Reversal tolerance test, the electronic load can operate in Quadrant l and Quadrant IV, -2.5V @120A.
- Simultaneous data logging with 8 loggers, multi-axis graphics, real-time tracking cursor (in curves only) and customizable script
- Multi-specification dedicated test fixtures (5cm2, 25cm2, etc.)
- EIS/CV/LSV and other tests
