The Kanomax Portable Particle Counter 3900 Series (Models 3905, 3910, 3920) delivers high-precision cleanroom monitoring in a compact and portable design. As one of the smallest 6-channel particle counters available, it simultaneously measures particle sizes from 0.3 to 10 microns, supporting flow rates of 1.0 CFM (28.3 LPM), 1.77 CFM (50 LPM), and 3.5 CFM (100 LPM). Fully compliant with ISO 21501-4 calibration standards, the 3900 Series enables certification of cleanrooms up to ISO Class 2. Designed for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, biotechnology, and data center environments, it features an intuitive touchscreen interface, built-in printer, and onboard data logging of up to 10,000 records. Compact Multi-Channel Particle Counting
The Kanomax Portable Particle Counters 3900 Series (Models 3905, 3910, and 3920) are the smallest 6-channel portable particle counters in the industry, delivering high precision and flexibility for cleanroom monitoring across various flow rate requirements.
Multiple Flow Rate Options
Each model supports a different flow rate to match application needs:
Model 3905 operates at 1.0 CFM (28.3 LPM), Model 3910 at 1.77 CFM (50 LPM), and Model 3920 at 3.5 CFM (100 LPM), enabling accurate particle measurement under diverse conditions.
High Sensitivity and Touchscreen Interface
Models 3905 and 3910 provide a minimum sensitivity of 0.3 µm, while Model 3920 offers 0.5 µm sensitivity with a higher flow rate. All models feature large color touchscreens with intuitive operation and preprogrammed measurement standards.
Environmental Measurement Expansion
An optional Climomaster hot-wire sensor enables measurement of air velocity, temperature, and humidity, expanding the system’s capability for cleanroom certification and environmental monitoring.
Portable and Standards Compliant
Lightweight and compact design ensures easy transport. Fully compliant with ISA 21501-4 calibration standards, the 3900 Series supports cleanroom certification up to ISO Class 2 and multiple international standards.
Built-In Printer and Data Logging
Each unit includes a built-in printer and internal memory capable of storing up to 10,000 records, allowing immediate data output and efficient record management.
Cleanroom-Compatible Construction
The stainless steel housing is designed for cleanroom use. Optional accessories include a differential pressure sensor and a second Li-Ion battery for extended operating time.
