The WTX-typeⅡ Intelligent Controller is a comprehensive motor coil testing system that integrates impulse testing, DC resistance measurement, AC hi-pot, and insulation resistance testing into one automated platform. Supporting up to 6-lead coil testing, 18-step programmable sequences, and RS-232C/external I/O control, it enables efficient multi-test automation for motor, stator, and armature production lines.
Features
- An impulse test machine (DWX) is used as a controller, and an interchange machine (WTX), resistance meter and Hi pot tester are controlled. Automatic examination is possible.
- The test cables are changed into 6 from 4 examination cables.
- A setup of each circuit of arbitrary Hi-Lo is possible.
- The number of the maximum steps is changed into 18 steps from 14 steps.
- Condition data of 49 models in the main part has been changed to 99 models・The CF models has been changed to 50 models.
