Anritsu’s MS9740B is a benchtop Optical Spectrum Analyzer designed for fast and precise testing of optical devices across a 600 nm to 1750 nm wavelength range. It features wide dynamic range, high resolution, and fast sweep speeds—cutting processing times by up to 50% compared to previous models. It supports multimode fiber input and is optimized for manufacturing and evaluating devices like VCSELs, DFB lasers, LEDs, WDM filters, and optical amplifiers. The MS9740B enables simultaneous measurement of key parameters including center wavelength, optical level, OSNR, and spectrum width—all displayed in one screen.
