Scanner expandable up to 1360 channels by using five extenders, with high-speed switching capability of 330 channels/s at a maximum
The 3100 is a unique scanner that can be expanded by using extenders. It can be connected with up to five extenders, which allowing totally seventeen switch cards to be mounted. As the connection distancel between the extenders is 10 meters maximum (total length: 20 m), switching is available as close to DUTs as possible.
The switch cards are categorized into three types: multiplexer, actuator and matrix. These cards can be used for high-speed switching, large-current switching and various kinds of signal switching.
The scanner itself is controlled manually by setting the panel switches or remotely from the external controller, GPIB or USB. It is designed for various applications from small-sized to large sized systems.
