Car air-conditioning airflow test
Summary Description
A radiator is a device that cools the heat generated by a heat source, which is an essential item in the structure of automobiles.
Air from the front of the car is used to cool the cooling water that passes through the radiator as it passes between the radiator fins to dissipate heat. The radiator is a very important device for ensuring the performance of the engine.
The radiator also receives air on the surface, but many cars have a bumper on the front of the radiator, by which air flow is partially blocked. The surface of radiator must then be checked to see if it is properly exposed to air.
If the air velocity distribution efficiency on the radiator surface is not good, the radiator will remain partially heat-exchanged and will not perform as expected.
Multiple simultaneous measurements at multiple points are useful for evaluating performance in such a case. Wind velocity distribution can be identified on the radiator surface to determine how the wind velocity is at each point, which helps to optimize the design.
We also offer special jigs for evaluating radiator performance, thereby proposing the best solution.
