We have developed an elemental analyzer that meets the needs of our customers by utilizing fluorescent X-ray technology, one of HORIBA's core technologies. High sensitivity and portable A4 size enables non-destructive elemental analysis of solids, liquids and powders.

  • A4 size space-saving design

The compact design allows installation even in limited spaces.
Since it has a built-in battery, it can be carried and analyzed outside the normal installation location.

  • Energy-saving yet highly sensitive

Achieved energy-saving optical design using a compact X-ray tube. Equipped with a high-performance SDD*, it offers sensitivity and performance equal to or greater than those of conventional desktop fluorescent X-ray analyzers, while eliminating the need for liquid nitrogen and helping to reduce running costs. (*Silicon drift detector)

  • Routine measurements made easy

Simple software design and easy operation. Since the measurement flow and recipe can be registered in advance, it is possible to perform repeated measurements under the same conditions without human error. In addition, it is equipped with a function to automatically display the results of the target element after measurement and judge the threshold value.

  • Expanding applications

Elements from Al(13) to U(92) can be determined in solid, liquid and powder samples. In particular, Cl(17), which was difficult to measure with conventional models  *2, can now be measured with high sensitivity. In addition, three types of X-ray irradiation diameter can be switched according to the measurement point, and customization according to the sample size is also supported. ( *2  XGT-1000WR)
